Do you work outside Barrie?: Yes — anywhere in Ontario. Most of our cabana work is Muskoka, Simcoe, Kawarthas, and the GTA.
Do I need an architect too?: For Signature and most Estate builds, no. We handle the structural drawings the permit office needs.
What if my municipality has weird requirements?: We've stamped in 40+ Ontario municipalities. We know the quirks.
Can you coordinate with my pool builder?: Yes — half our cabana work comes through builder partnerships.
What about the bathroom plumbing and electrical?: Estate packages include coordination with your MEP. We can refer one if you don't have one.
How fast can we start?: Consults usually within 3 business days. Drawings start the week your deposit clears.
